This is what you can say 'bout me at your event...
Holly Porter has inspired countless numbers of people with her incredible story. Holly is a simple country girl who loves horses, Dr. Pepper and the color purple. Holly is the oldest of 9 kids. She has seven sisters and one brother. Holly is the mother of seven awesome and amazing children, and the wife to a husband she adores. She spent the majority of her grade school years on her grandpa's dairy farm. She cherishes those years on the farm and says, "those years on the farm shaped and influenced me for life..."
When Holly was in grade school, a fire started in the furnace of the little white farm house her family was living in, causing a house fire and displacing her family. As a junior in high school, she was in a snowmobile accident that put her in a very close life or death situation. In August 2013, Holly was in a horse accident that nearly took her life. The horse accidentally slipped and fell on her, crushing her entire chest and she was life flighted to the University of Utah where she was on life support for 13 days. In August 2016 Holly received a terrifying phone call from her oldest son, telling her that their home was fully engulfed in flames and that her kids had barely made it out of the burning house unharmed. Two months after the fire, she became extremely ill. After months of medical treatment and surgery, the doctors confirmed that she had a bone infection.
Holly feels that one of the reasons she was given these experiences and many others, is to share her experiences and what she has learned with others. Holly is a simple country gal that has a unique and fun way of telling her true life stories. Get ready, y'all ain't heard nuttin' yet! Let Holly help inspire you to "take this ride we call life, one breath at a time, one day at a time and keep trekking!"
